The LSA is seeking student volunteers to assist with its 88th Annual Meeting, which will take place at the Hilton Minneapolis from January 2-5, 2014. Volunteers must be student members of the LSA (nonmembers may join here) and will be offered complimentary registration for the Annual Meeting in exchange for approximately eight hours of work.

To indicate your interest in volunteering, please complete this survey. You will be contacted by a volunteer coordinator who will help determine a schedule that works for you.   A preliminary program has been posted on the Annual Meeting web page to help you determine your availability; click on the "Schedule" link at the top of the page.  Also on the Annual Meeting page, you will find information about hotel reservations, ground transportation, and more.  

If you are interested in volunteering, please DO NOT register for the meeting.  If we are able to use your services, we will provide you with a complimentary registration ourselves.  If we are not able to use your services, we will let you know in enough time so that you will be able to register yourself before the December 15th deadline.

The LSA uses approximately forty-five student volunteers for the Annual Meeting.  The volunteer survey will remain open indefinitely; any volunteers beyond those required will be placed on a waiting list.
