LSA’s 2023 Annual Meeting program is available, and registration is open. We hope you will join us in person, January 5–8, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Important information and deadlines pertaining to the Annual Meeting are below:

• Website: This year’s Annual Meeting website will be hosted by Oxford Abstracts. If you have not done so already, please create a new account and update your personal profile. Registration, program schedule, and abstracts will be hosted from the Oxford platform.
• Program: The program committee has been hard at work. Check out the Annual Meeting Schedule online. View information about the Plenaries online.
• Registration: Registration for the Annual Meeting is between September 29 and December 12, 2022. The best rates are available during Early Bird Registration, which is from September 29 through November 11, 2022. The General Pre-Registration runs November 12 through December 13, 2022. (Please note registration is closed between December 14 and January 4, 2023.) Onsite registrants will be subject to substantially higher onsite registration fees.
• Optional Add-On: Minicourses are back! Register for one of the Minicourses offered on Thursday, January 5th.
• Accommodations: Reserve your hotel room no later than December 13, 2022. Please beware of “room poachers” claiming to be representing the LSA or the Hilton, and book your room directly with Hilton using the link or telephone numbers provided.
