The Society reports with regret the passing of A. Richard Diebold Jr., on March 1, 2014. Dr. Diebold was an emeritus professor of anthropology at the University of Arizona renowned for his work in Indo-European studies, theoretical linguistics, psycholinguistics and linguistic anthropology.
